Had an appt on 5/27/21 for Dave the tech to come out between 2-4 pm. He was a no-show. No call either. Called the office at 4pm to determine if he was running late or not coming out. Receptionist took my info but nobody bothered to call back. While I have used them for years, on different homes, they have become yet another no-show vendor. My time is valuable too.

Had some damage to my garage door track last winter after a storm, Apex was able to come out very quickly and repaired the damage and even secured some other spots in the garage that could use reinforcement, for a very reasonable price.

The initial installation about 10 years ago for my now deceased parents was fine but recently I, now living in the residence, called about the remote not working. A 10 minute service call resulted in serviceman telling me that LED bulbs can't be used in the opener and we talked about how they don't tell customers that. The topper was a $125 service call bill for something that likely could have been resolved on the phone.

The most expert garage door repair around. The expert are very sincere and considerate, the prices are very realistic and best quality of work. I was very discouraged when my garage door stop functioning, but they came really fast and fix the door for me. The guy was here earlier than appointment time and fixed it expeditiously!
