- Filled with 4″ of Jamifoam non-CFC polyurethane insulation with an R value of 28 at 40°F. Frame insulated with polystyrene inserts
Technical Specifications & Safety Features

- Low profile pneumatic reversing edge, effective full height and full travel of door
- Upon contact, door in closing cycle is instantly reversed to open position

SECTIONS HARDWARE
- Sections are 1.5" thick
- Sections include a thermal break to eliminatethermal convection
- Outside skin features horizontal micro-grooves
- Concealed steel back-up plates run from topto bottom of each section for secure hardwareattachment
- Bottom "U" type astragal is a standard feature
TRACKS
- Tracks are 2" or 3", as specified
- Available in bracket mount, angle mount, clipangle mount, 12" radius, 15" radius, high lift, vertical lift, roof pitch, or dual track low headroom
- Package includes 14 gauge and 10 ball rollers, as specified
- 2" or 3" short-stem or long-stem ball bearing rollers
- Heavy duty adjustable top roller brackets
SPRINGS
- Torsion springs are helically wound with stress relieved, oil-tempered wire
- Springs are individually calibrated per door

Weatherstripping
Grey weatherstripping is angled to provide a tighter seal preventing bugs and insects easy access or entry.
Reset System
Interlocking brush seal is incorporated at the top of the Snaptite tracks causing a reset system. Should the door be forced out of the tracks by accidental impact the door is designed to reset back into the guides.
