The Jamotuf® JAMOCOR molded door features a 25MIL molded gloss gelcoat surface over fiberglass reinforced structural layers, ensuring both beauty and strength. The molded color pigment and monolithic fiberglass construction provide a seamless, durable finish with machine-tooled edges and beveled latch edges. Pultruded fiberglass frames are standard, and the core is made of CFC/HCFC-free closed cell insulating foam, with an optional polypropylene honeycomb core available.

JAMOCLEAN 1 3/4″ thick stainless steel doors and frames are designed to be clean, hygienic, and durable. Available in 16 or 14 gauge type 304 or 316 stainless steel with #4 finish.

Doors are reinforced with stainless steel channels at edges. Seam welded door edges are ground and polished to maintain a smooth finish. Vertically stiffened doors are available as well as a variety of core options such as honeycomb or foam. Standard profile is 5-3/4” depth and 2” face with options for custom profiles.

Stainless steel hollow profile jams are brake press formed utilizing 16 or 14 gauge stainless steel sheets in type 304 or 316 with #4 finish. Miters are aligned accurately with a tab and slot at head and jambs. Welds are ground and polished to maintain a smooth finish. Frames are of various profiles to fit the application and shall have a industry standard 2″ face with options for 4″ face headers or custom faces and depths as may be required.

Hardware meeting ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards may be furnished with doors and frames and installed in the field by others. Fire rated doors are available in:
